A BATCH of units in Runcorn’s industrial estates is going under the hammer.

A total of 26 local premises are up for sale at Eddisons auction in Manchester on Tuesday, April 8.

They include 19 at Astmoor Industrial Estate where guide prices range from £55,000 for a 6,400 sq ft unit to £215,000 for a vacant terrace of six units, extending to more than 25,600 sq ft.

Tony Webber, director and auctioneer at Eddisons said: “We have assembled a varied catalogue which should offer something for everyone.

‘“With the general economy showing further signs of improvements and traditional investments offering meagre returns, I expect investors to continue targeting the auction room which is great news for vendors looking for a quick sale.”

Guide prices for seven units being sold at Manor Park Industrial Estate start at £30,000.

A 38,993 sq ft unit at the same location is estimated at £350,000.

In total, there will be 53 lots going under the gavel at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, starting at 12.30pm.

The full catalogue is available on line at eddisons.com/auctions.
