Budding Halton chefs and anyone working in a kitchen are invited to train under a Michelin-starred professional for a major new TV show.
The series will follow six chefs as they are put through their paces at some of the UK’s top restaurants.
The documentary will show the ups and downs of the trainees’ culinary education and their introduction to the world of fine dining.
