LOOK back on the history of Runcorn and Widnes over the past 60 years through music, footage and photos.

The event will feature a musical orchestra on hand performing classical music up to popular music of the last 60 years to capture people’s imagination.

‘Music and Memories’ is being coordinated by Wellbeing Enterprises CIC as part of the Community Wellbeing Practices initiative working with GP Practices in the borough.

Mark Swift, chief executive of Wellbeing Enterprises CIC, said: “This event is a great opportunity for older people to reminisce and celebrate local historical events from the last half-century.

“It will be an inspiring event with lots of fun activities and opportunities for older people to learn about how they can improve their wellbeing.”

Places for this free event, which takes place at Masonic Hall, York Street, Runcorn, on Tuesday, are limited and to book a place call 01928 589799 or visit wellbeingenterprises.org.uk.
