A WIDNES charity that helps families with severely disabled children and life limiting illnesses is launching a dance and drama club.

The Neaven and William’s Trust will be holding weekly sessions at Hale Village hall every Saturday from 11am to 1pm.

Activities will inlcude drama sessions, dancing, singing, scenery and prop making.

All children are welcome.

Admission is £2 a session and includes a snack and drink.

The charity was set up by Anna Rathbone and her husband, Stephen, both aged 33, who had identical twin boys on June 1, 2007.

Neaven lived for three-and-a-half hours and William died three days after Christmas in 2008, aged 19 months.

The couple, who live in Hale Village, now have twins, a girl and boy, Willow and Carter, a son, Bobby, daughter, Leah Rose and guardianship of their nephew, Spencer.

The charity wishes to thank Crafty Penny Events for sponsoring them and inviting them to their events.

They aim to raise awareness of anencephaly.
