Motorists warned of lane closures on the Runcorn Widnes bridge
URGENT repairs to expansion joints on the Silver Jubilee Bridge mean that it will be necessary to install lane closures across the bridge over the weekend of February 15 and 16.
The on-slip road from the A557 Weston Point Expressway and the slip road from the bridge to Weston Point Expressway will also need to be closed for the weekend.
Due to the nature of the works it may take longer than one day.
Halton Council apologies for any inconvenience caused while these essential maintenance works are carried out.
