TALENTED chiildren are preparing to make their debut at a top French tourist attraction.
Gifted youngsters from the Funky Feet dance group have won an audition to perform at Disneyland Paris in August.
They now hope to raise £9,000 towards their continental trip.
Dance instructor Helen Norton, aged 32, said: “Getting to dance and do their own show in Disneyland Paris is a dream come true.
“They are so excited.”
The dancers, aged three to 18, won 12 trophies last year.
Joanne Clancy’s two daughters, Victoria, aged 10, and Lauren, aged eight, pupils at Holy Family RC Primary School, have been attending the dance classes in Cronton since they were two.
Hairdresser Joanne, aged 46, of Smithy Lane, said: “They just love it, they never stop dancing at home.”
The dancers will be bag packing at Widnes Asda on February 8 and Morrisons on February 16.
A race night with live entertainment is being held at Birchfield Sports and Leisure Club at 7.30pm on Friday, February 7. Tickets priced £5 are available from Helen on 07782 653599.
