A CRIMINAL who attempted to steal a £27,000 motor home has avoided an immediate jail term today.
Crimear Price, aged 23, of Warrington Road, Widnes, admitted attempting to steal a Motor Transit Rolier team 600 G Motor Home from an address in Bolton on October 4 last year.
He was sentenced to a six month jail-term suspended for 12 months at Bolton Magistrates Court. He was ordered to comply with a 12 month supervision requirement and carry out 180 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay the victim £200 compensation and £500 court costs.
