Halton residents offered laughter as a tonic in free fun-filled course

LAUGHING can help you feel better, say health experts.
You can find out about this fascinating theory at a free community resilience event being organised by Wellbeing Enterprises, a group working with Halton’s GP practices to improve patient’s health.
Fun sessions will help you to discover the power of laughter and tap into your creative potential through music and son.
You will also learn about the five ways to wellbeing.
Mark Swift, chief executive of Wellbeing Enterprises says “We are delighted to be hosting this fantastic event for the residents of Halton to come along and learn easy ways to boost their wellbeing.”
The event takes place on Friday, January 31, from10am to 1pm at Masonic Hall, Widnes WA8 7QH.
