A CAFE is coming to Runcorn Hill Park as part of a £2 million Heritage Lottery project.
Halton Council is now looking for someone to run the new refreshment facility.
Halton Cllr Ron Hignett, board member for the physical environment, said: "User feedback and council experience of parks provision indicates that Runcorn Hill Park would benefit from a café facility.
"It would be a great feature and somewhere for people to relax before or after enjoying everything else the park has to offer.
"The Pavilion building offers a commercial opportunity for a new or existing business to meet this demand. This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneur to open a new business and work with a forward looking council.”
The cafe will be situated in a new park pavilion, which has been designed to act as a focal point.
Anyone interested in making a bid can e-mail carl.horsdal@halton.gov.uk Forms must be returned by Monday, January 20.
