The Mayor of Halton, Clr Margaret Ratcliffe to attend carol concert
RUNCORN children are celebrating Christmas with an internatiional flavour.
Pupils at The Grange Primary School will be performing carols around the world at a special concert on Tuesday evening.
It will be attended by the Mayor of Halton, Clr Margaret Ratcliffe.
