Widnes baby makes her TV debut
TINY Moll Clarry is only 15-months-old but has already made her TV debut.
Iconic baby food brand Cow & Gate invited parents to send videos of their little ones showing off their personality through dance.
Moll beat more than 3,500 entries with her unique style of jiggling and jiving.
Her mum, Helen, aged 32, a bio medical scientist, of Foxley Heath, Widnes, said: “Every time music comes on, she goes mad dancing. She waves her hands and legs up and down.
“She used to dance at a disco at night when we were on holiday. I saw the Facebook competition and sent in her video.”
Moll appears at the start of the advert which features a montage of babies and toddlers dancing and playing musical instruments.
Helen added; “Moll is really sociable and engages with people. She shouts ‘hiya’ to everyone we pass when we are out shopping and they always stop and chat to her.
“We are really excited that she is on television. We show her every time the advert comes on and she starts dancing to the music.”
Moll’s four-year-old brother, Kai has just started at Farnworth CE Primary School.
Their dad, Chris, aged 38, is a supervisor at Jaguar in Speke.
Bruce Newman, Cow & Gate marketing manager, said: “We love to celebrate the amazing personalities of the UK’s little ones. Moll really danced her way into our hearts and we think she will have viewers boogying too.”
