TV Dancing On Ice celebrity runs fitness session at Widnes ice rink
FITNESS guru Rosemary Conley says it’s never too late to learn.
She is running a Skate into Shape session at Silver Blades ice rink in Widnes on Wednesday, September 25.
She will be running the class with award-winning International professional skater and coach, Mark Hanretty, who she teamed up with on ITV’s Dancing on Ice last year.
At 65, Rosemary was the oldest celebrity to make it the furthest in the history of the TV show.
She said: “I discovered the great benefit ice skating has on your body shape, and it is a great way to tone up.
“ It is possible to burn a whopping 838 calories in just 60 minutes, depending on the intensity of the skating session.
“ I have never known any form of exercise that tones up your legs and bum so fast!”
Beginners and intermediates will recieve four hours of skating tuition along with a talk on healthy eating.
You will be able to watch Rosemary and Mark perform some of their skating routines.
Tickets are limited and cost £100 per person, including lunch, white boot skate hire and a signed Skate into Shape certificate.
