9:00am Sunday 18th August 2013 in News
HALTON MP Derek Twigg is urging constituents to apply for funding for First World War community projects.
The Heritage Lottery Fund is making £1 million a year available until 2019 to fund projects to mark the centenary.
It will provide grants of £3,000 to £10,000 to enable groups to deepen their understanding of the conflict.
An online application pack is available from http://www.hlf.org.uk/ThenAndNow.
