HALTON cancer patients are invited to receive help, information and support at a special event.
‘Living With and Beyond Cancer’ is being held at St Anne’s Millennium Centre, View Road, Rainhill, on Wednesday, May 8, from 12 noon to 3pm.
It is an opportunity for people to ask professionals anything you need to know about cancer care and treatments.
Patients are welcome to bring their family, friends and carers along.
Cancer specialists from Whiston and St Helens hospitals will be on available, with benefit advisors, carer support, and local cancer support groups.
Taster sessions of complementary therapies will be available and free tea and coffee will be served.
