Halton's new NHS chiefs meet in public

PATIENTS can watch health chiefs making decisions about everything from policies to which services will be commissioned.
Halton Clinical Commissioning Group is holding its next governing body meeting on Thursday, March 21, from 10am to 12 noon at Runcorn Town Hall.
Runcorn GP Dr Cliff Richards, and chairman of NHS Halton CCG, said: “As an accountable NHS organisation, we have a duty to make sure our activity and decisions are accessible to the people of Halton. After all, it’s their health services we are planning.
“I would encourage anyone who would like to find out more about what the clinical commissioning group is about and how decisions are made to attend one of our meetings.”
