Landmark Runcorn pub goes under the hammer

A LANDMARK Runcorn pub is going under the hammer.
The Masonic in Devonshire Place, which was one of the first Masonic lodges in the 1860s, will be sold at an auction at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, at 2pm, on February 27.
The detached building has four bedroomed accommodation on the first floor and has a guide price of between £50,000 and £60,000.
