Woman dies after fatal crash

A WOMAN injured in a car crash in Runcorn has died.
Police are now appealing for information following the fatal collision at 12.40am on Wednesday February, 13, on the Central Expressway and involved one vehicle.
PC Ian Stephenson, from the Traffic Investigation Unit said: "Emergency services attended the scene and a 46-year-old woman was taken to Warrington Hospital.
"Sadly she died as a result of her injuries several days later.
"Officers are currently investigating the circumstances of the incident and anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 19 of 13 February."
