A festival of music is in store during the half term holiday at Runcorn’s Halton Lea shopping centre.
A FESTIVAL of music is in store during the half term holiday at Runcorn’s Halton Lea shopping centre Community choirs and dance groups will be showcasing their work and entertainign shoppers.
A1 Dance, will be in the town square on Tuesday, February 19, from 2pm to 3pm and Saturday, February 23, from 10:30am to 1pm.
They will be performing several dance routines including ballet, tap, jazz and modern.
Elizabeth Stagg, Principal of A1 Dance said, “A1 Dance are thrilled Halton Lea are inviting us to give the community a taste of what we can offer, we’re looking forward to performing for the shoppers.”
The Highfield Male Voice Choir will be peforming a selection of classical pieces and new numbers on Saturday, February 23, from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
Wild Dance Company will be on stage on Wednesday, February 20, from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
Claire Johnson, from Halton Lea shopping centre said: “It’s fantastic to be able to offer local groups the chance to come and perform for our shoppers and who knows, it might inspire a few people to sign up too.”
