FURNITURE, a suitcase, oil cans and four bags of household waste were dumped by the owner of a Widnes pizza outlet, Runcorn magistrates heard.
Mouwffaq Elquissi, aged 40, who trades as Rimini Pizza in Albert Road, admitted flytipping after Halton Council traced the items to his business.
The rubbish, along with cardboard boxes and a piece of flooring, were deposited in the entry backing on to Park Road and Foster Street at the back of his shop.
Enquiries revealed that the items had been left by Elquissi himself, who lives in Boscombe Avenue, Eccles in Salford.
He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £400 costs and a £15 victim surcharge when he appeared in court on January 29.
