A GOLD Rolex watch, leaf blower and a JCB grinder are among suspected stolen property discovered by police during the past few weeks.
Officers are now trying to trace the owners of mountain bikes, electrical items, tools, fishing tackle, and golf equipment.
PC Amanda Evans, of Widnes Neighbourhood Policing Unit, said: "We have recovered a significant amount of property that we think could have been stolen from homes in Widnes and Runcorn.
"It is our priority to get this property back where it belongs. If you believe any of these items do belong to you then we would urge you to give us a call, provide us with a bit more information about the item and we can take it from there.
“The more information people can give us about their missing item, the more effective we can be in returning it to its rightful owner.
"It would be a shame not to see these valuable items returned to their owners as I′m sure that some of them have a lot of sentimental value."
The property is locked away in police storage.
PC Evans added: "We do return a significant amount of stolen property to its rightful owner, but there are often items that are left behind for a variety of reasons. These can include the fact that many of these items have not been security marked. This makes it very difficult for us to trace who it belongs to as there is very little to go on.
"We would urge residents to consider security marking any valuable items in the home. This can be done using ultra violet pens or by using engraving or stamping tools.
"It is very difficult to track down owners when items have not been reported stolen in the first place. We would urge anyone who has been a victim of this type of crime to report it to police immediately."
If you believe any of this property could belong to you please contact PC Mandy Evans on 101. Information can also be left anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
