Help council secure lottery funding for cyclists
7:50am Friday 8th February 2013 in News By Barbara Jordan
Halton Council's transport team is currently trying to gain evidence to support a cycling bid to the Big Lottery Fund.
If successful, this would allow Halton to provide cycling support to community groups and residents.
Cycling in the park schemes, fix my bike projects, and cycle to work challenges are just some of the projects which could be launched.
The team has issued a questionnaire for anyone who lives or works in Halton to fill in online at halton.gov.uk/questionnaire/cyclingconsultationweb.htm The link will remain live until Monday, February 11. Paper copies are available by calling 0151 511 7670.
