CALLING Halton’s budding bards.

Young people are invited to compose a two verse poem on love, emotions and positive relationships.

The winning design will be printed on a Valentine’s card and given to 250 youngsters to hand to their sweethearts.

The is being organised by Young Addaction on behalf of Halton Council's youth provision.

Clr Ged Philbin, board member for children and young people, said: "Why not have a go and be known as Halton's most poetic young person?”

The closing date is Friday 1 February 1.

To enter visit younghalton@addaction.org.uk or hand your poem into staff on the VRMZ mobile unit or reception at CRMZ, Kingsway, Widnes.
