A WEDDING fair is being held at a landmark venue.
Runcorn Town Hall is inviting couples planning to get married to meet registrars and have a guided tour of the suites, on Sunday, February 17, from 12 noon to 4pm.
Admission is free and the fair will feature photographers, performers, dressers, designers, lounge suits, limousines, caterers and confectioners.
This magnificent building was originally designed as an Italiante villa with a tower by Charles Verelst in 1856, is set in a park.
This is the third time the council has hosted a wedding fair.
Last year’s event attracted more than 700 visitors.
Cllr Phil Harris, board member for the registration service, said: "Runcorn Town Hall is set in an award winning Green Flag Park, enhanced with a unique friendship garden. It’s the perfect setting for your ceremony!"
Free parking is available at Runcorn Town Hall, Heath Road.
