CREATIVE children dressed up as monsters, witches and pumpkins for Halloween fun in Runcorn.

They enjoyed all sorts of ghoulish games at Windmill Hill Children’s Centre, which was transformed into a dark, spooky building.

Youngsters were challenged to catch doughnuts in their teeth, create their own crafts and play musical statues.

Prizes were awarded to the winners.

Tots joined their parents on Friday to learn how to carve pumpkins into scary faces.
