Mortgage customers snap up exclusive products in the North West through Bridgfords

A mortgage product designed to help first time buyers onto the property market is proving to be very popular, according to the UK’s largest mortgage broker, Countrywide Mortgage Services (CMS).

The service, available at Bridgfords offices throughout the north west is one of two new mortgage products launched by CMS and sold through a network of 800 Mortgage Consultants.

The other product is aimed at remortgage customers, and CMS say both offerings have become their most sourced products.

Both products were designed to either help people access the property ladder or assist in the remortgage of a property, which are available through a team of Mortgage Consultants based throughout Bridgfords 47 offices in the North West.

Most popular exclusive deals: · First Time Buyers: First time buyers have the opportunity to apply for an exclusive product which requires a 10% deposit. Unlike many mortgage products, this exclusive deal has no arrangement fee and includes a £500 cash back incentive*, which significantly reduces the cost of buying a home.

· Remortgage customers: Local homeowners looking to remortgage amid concerns of rising interest rates can opt for an exclusive deal available through Bridgfords. This mortgage product offers a fixed rate to protect customers against future interest rate rises, which includes a £500 cashback incentive* and a free valuation.

*The cash back offer is available for a limited time period and provides an opportunity for customers to save, furnish their new home or settle other costs in the home buying process, like surveyor fees and legal costs.
