Summer darts starts
THE 2008 Runcorn Apec Taxis Summer Darts League starts on Thursday while the cup competition will begin on May 16.
Thirty-seven teams have registered for the league and two of them have decided to change their home venues.
The old Dray team will now be based at the Croft pub, while the old Welly team will now be based at the Masonic pub.
Any team who still have to collect their fixtures and information for the new season should contact Geoff Jones on 01928 575157 as soon as possible.
Fixtures for May 15:
Section One: Tricorn v Albion, Halfway Gents v Halfway A, Navvy v Lion Doo Waps, Dock Lads v Roundhouse.
Section Two: Navigation v Total Confusion, Navvy Lads v Railway B, Halton Marauders v Masonic B, Halfway Mixed v Tranny Lads.
Section here: Lion Stonecutters v Addy Lads, Canal Walk v Raob buffs, Flying Wickets v Wanderers.
Section Four: Outcasts v Fiddlers Three; Quayside v The Tup, Pavilions v Croft.
Section Five: Prospect Has Beens v Dev Superstars, Castle v The Burma, Raven v Royal Oak.
